Tier I – Entry Scent Plan
Perfect for small spaces or businesses introducing scent branding.
Tier I begins with a minimum of two (2) reed diffusers placed strategically throughout the space to create a subtle but noticeable scent presence.
Businesses operating with four (4) diffusers or fewer remain within Tier I. Once a location requires more than four diffusers, the service automatically transitions to Tier II to maintain proper scent coverage.
Tier II – Growth Scent Plan
Designed for medium-sized retail environments and service-based businesses.
Tier II supports five (5) to eight (8) reed diffusers, allowing scent coverage across multiple areas such as entryways, waiting areas, sales floors, and consultation spaces.
This tier ensures a more immersive scent experience while maintaining balanced fragrance diffusion throughout the location.
Tier III – Signature Environment
Our highest-tier plan for businesses seeking a full scent identity.
Tier III includes nine (9) or more diffusers and allows for deeper scent saturation across larger spaces. This tier is ideal for hotels, large boutiques, event venues, or businesses looking to establish a memorable branded atmosphere.
Tier III clients may also qualify for exclusive scent formulas during their service contract.
Monthly Service Schedule
All Scentature diffuser systems are professionally serviced each month.
Service visits take place between the 1st and the 15th of every month, during which we:
• Refill fragrance oils
• Replace reeds when needed
• Adjust diffuser placement if necessary
• Review scent strength and customer experience
This ensures consistent scent performance throughout the space.
Custom Fragrance Options
Businesses may select from our curated scent library or explore custom fragrance development.
Custom scent development allows your business to create a distinct scent identity that customers associate directly with your brand.
This option is available for select Tier II and Tier III partnerships.
